The interactive 90-minute class lets you get hands-on with oysters from shores near and far. You’ll taste the distinct flavours of native oysters (available seasonally from September to April) and rock oysters, discovering the subtle differences that make each one special.

Your masterclass begins with champagne on arrival (or an alcohol-free cocktail for those who prefer), setting the tone for a sophisticated morning.
