A Culinary Journey Through Global Wine Regions

In celebration of the finest seasonal wines from around the world, Gaucho presents an exquisite series of wine-maker dinners that promises to delight even the most discerning wine enthusiasts. This meticulously crafted culinary experience showcases the restaurant's commitment to exceptional flavours and perfect wine pairings throughout the summer months.

A Symphony of Global Vineyards

The journey begins in May with Renaissance Tuscany, featuring one of Italy's most celebrated wine dynasties, Frescobaldi. At Gaucho Piccadilly, guests will step into the heart of Tuscany while enjoying world-class wines paired with Gaucho's iconic Argentinian steaks and authentic dishes.

The experience continues in June at Gaucho Tower Bridge alongside Roebuck Estates for an evening of fine dining and exceptional vintage sparkling wines. The talented chefs have crafted the perfect menu to complement these remarkable Sussex countryside wines, pulling back the curtain on this extraordinary English estate.

Mid-June brings the Catena Zapata Wine Dinner to Gaucho Broadgate, celebrating the winery that pioneered the revival of Malbec. Guided by Eclio Dumon, Catena's European ambassador, diners will explore exceptional wines including the famous Catena Alta, Malbec 2020/2021 with its rich notes of black fruits and mocha, perfectly paired with a bespoke Gaucho menu.

The summer series culminates in July with the Waud Wines Dinner at Gaucho Piccadilly, designed specifically for true Bordeaux lovers. Led by Charles Waud of Waud Wines, guests will embark on a curated tasting journey of fizz, white, red and sweet wines from Pauillac, Pomerol, Sauternes and more, perfectly paired with a bespoke menu featuring a fusion of flavours from Japan to Argentina.
